Job Corps Center

The Philadelphia Job Corps Center offers a high school diploma program, a GED program and co-enrollment opportunities at local colleges and institutions, in addition to the following vocational training programs:

Business Technologies Food Service
Facilities Maintenance Health Occupations

There are many fun activities to take part in on center, such as arts and crafts, picnics and fashion shows, as well as sports, including basketball and flag football. Students make off-campus trips to shopping centers, museums, sporting events and cultural sites.

Philadelphia Job Corps Center partners with several employers to give students real-world experience. Employer partners include Acorn Food Services, the City of Philadelphia, the federal government, Graduate Hospital, Marriott International Hotels, Saunders House, William Penn High School and restaurants and trade unions.
